thorsten becker

Thorsten Becker

As the founder and managing director of the Management Angels, he is primarily responsible for Key Accounting and Business Development. He studied Business Administration at the Frankfurt Goethe University, the University of Limerick/Ireland, the ESCP/Paris and the Handelshochschule Leipzig (HHL). He started his career at A.T. Kearney, General Electric and Jones Lang LaSalle. Subsequently he worked as an international consultant in the corporate Development & Controlling department with Bertelsmann in Munich. Before founding the Management Angels he managed the Product Development department of the B2B company Mondus.

sylvaine mody

Sylvaine Mody

Sylvaine Mody's clients are Software, Internet, Security and Medical Technology companies. Furthermore she is responsible for marketing and PR. She studied political sciences and business administration at the University of Rennes (IEP)/France. Her career started with Compaq Computer EMEA B.V in Munich. Later on she contributed to set up an internet start-up company by leading the HR department. She has been working for the Management Angels since Mai 2001. Since 2003 she‘s been an associate of the company. Sylvaine Mody is married and has two children.

Björn Bandemer

Bjrn Bandemer is working as a Key Account Manager and is responsible for the acquisition and support of our Key Accounts, focusing on Telecommunications, Automotive and New Media. He studied Business Administration at the University of Trier and the Business Academy of Schleswig-Holstein. During his professional experience he worked in the Marketing and Sales department with the Maritim Hotel Group and as Customer Relationship Manager with the Deutsche Telekom AG. Before joining the Management Angels he used to work as a freelance Human Resources and Management Consultant for mobile-marketing and internet-payment projects. He now concentrates on topics such as coaching and start-up consulting. Björn Bandemer is married and has one daughter.

Nils Eikermann

Nils Eikermann has been working with the Management Angels since 2004 as a Key Account Manager. His focus is on consumer goods and logistics. He got diplomas in International Management and Marketing at the University of Bremen and Universidad de Valencia in Spain. Nils Eikermann has collected his expertise in almost 10-years of work for companies in Germany, Spain and the USA and several years in national and international Business Development Management.

Daniel Müller

Daniel Müller focuses on Pharmaceutical and Health Service companies. He studied political science and social & economic history as well as public law at the University of Hamburg. During his studies he already worked as a consultant for different Human Resources consultancies. He primarily dealt with placing executives. Since 2006 he has been working with the Management Angels. He is responsible for the admission of new managers to our pool.

Anna Ott

Anna Ott’s clients are big players in the Internet sector. Since 2005 she has also been responsible for our manager pool. She finished her studies of Business Administration with a thesis on Personnel Development in 2004, and already worked with different companies in the field of Personnel Management and Corporate Development (e.g. British American Tobacco, E.ON and Bertelsmann). Furthermore she gained experiences in Project Management in Shanghai.

Erdwig Holste

Erdwig Holste completed his studies of history, politics and philosophy at the Humbold University of Berlin and the University of Hamburg in summer of 2006. During the course of his studies he founded his own tourism-company in Berlin, operatively supported a marketing project (Lancia) and additionally he was an assistant teacher for more than three years at the University of Hamburg. After finishing his studies he attended a management workshop with a focus on Human Resources Management in Kiel (SWA) and gained professional experiences in the areas of Consulting (regenerative energies), PR (Dr. Mignat PR) and Trend Research (Trendbüro Hamburg). He is married and has two children. Since 2007 he has been working with the Management Resources team. He is also responsible for the Management Angels newsletter and blog.

Torsten Lüdtke

Torsten Lüdtke has been responsible for our Finance concerns since December 2005.
After his education at a tax accountancy office he worked as a Business Administration Manager. Later on he studied Business Administration at the University of Hamburg and also got a degree as a sports manager. At the Management Angels he consults clubs and non-profit organizations regarding accounting and controlling concerns.

Sabrina Brodka

Since the beginning of 2008 Sabrina Brodka has been supporting the Management Angels as assistant in Key Account Management. Her studies of economics and German were highly focused on marketing & advertising language. Throughout this period she was able to gain practical experience in the fields of the retail industry and tourism. After having successfully completed her diploma, she completed voluntary service in the fields of corporate identity, market conception, recruiting booking & project management.
In her last position she worked for an Event-Promotion Agency supervising customer relations in various industries.

Alexander Prinz zu Schleswig-Holstein

Alexander Prinz zu Schleswig-Holstein supports the team in its dynamic development as a counsel and mentor. The team profits from the expertise he gained during his over 17-years of experience in the field of Personnel Management and Consulting (e.g.  Henkel and Johnson & Johnson). He has been running his own HR consulting company HOLSTEIN:CONSULT very successfully for many years now.



Prof. Dr. Jacques Reijniers

Prof. Dr. Ing. Jacques Reijniers supports the team as a counsel. He is the Managing Director of „Apollo Consultancy BV“ and „Jaques Reijniers Building Interim Management“. Furthermore he works as a professor for Purchasing Management at the Nyenrode Business Universiteit (NL) and as an executive professor at the University Antwerpen Management School (B). In the past he worked as an Interim Manager in the field of Purchssing and Logistics himself. He has got a degree in Mechanical Engineering, an MBA und a PhD in Business Administration. His expertise relies on 30 years of consulting experience. Prof. Dr. Reijniers is the author of the standard work: ‘Interim Management - a true profession'.
